Terms of service & conditions for affilates of Wildcash.com

By joining Wildcash.com as an affilate you agree to the terms and conditions herein, this is a binding contractural agreement between you and Internet Media Productions Inc.

1. INDEMNIFICATION

By choosing to join Wildcash as an affilate you agree that Wildcash will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages incurred while you are promoting wildcash.

2. Participation

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the legal age in your jurisdiction to participate in the Program.

In order to participate, you must submit an application with Valid information via http://www.wildcash.com/. We reserve rights to decline your application should we find anything unsuitable in your infomation or website.

By joining Wildcash you agree to recieve notices in regards to the Wildcash program & new updates as long as you are a part of Wildcash.

We reserve full right to refuse your participation in the Program for any reason.

Affilate Responsibilities & Valid forms of Promotion

You may promote wildcash sites using any forms of promotion you choose that do not breach this agreement.

NO EMAIL PROMOTIONS OF ANY KIND
1. We do not accept Email traffic of any kind, if the traffic sent orginated from ANY KIND of email promotions the affilates account will be suspended without pay!
2. You may not promote any Wildcash sites through the transmission of individual and/or bulk e-mail
including but not limited to (Optin lists entry pages, ex member lists, bulk email of any kind, Can spam compliant mailers are also not accepted).
3. Affilate breaching these mail conditions will forfeit all monies owed to them.


Do not use illegal/false advertising this includes
1. Sending traffic from sites containing child pornograhpy or content that is not 18 USC 2257 complaint. We will report you to the authorities for such actions.
2. Do not send traffic from sites containing implied or real : beastiality, gore, rape, child porn, Torture, mp3, Warez, password trading sites or forums.
3. Do not send traffic from sites using false advertising to promote wildcash sites. False statements, or promising features & content that are not available inside the members area of said websites.
4. Do not send traffic from spamming news Groups, ICQ, MSN, IRC or other various networks.
5. We do not pay affialtes for sending signups via "illegal" methods, and we reserve the right to change our policy on Valid forms of promotion at any time without notice.

Affilates advertising any Wildcash sites using domains that are misspells on childrens websites (ie. Disney.com being disneey.com) or any other form of misleading a child to any of our websites is strictly prohibited and any affilate caught doing so will be instantly banned without notice.

Commisions & payments

Program rates are based on the wildcash program you select. We reserve the right to change commision rates with or without notice to the affialtes. All affilate payments will be made in US dollars via Wire transfer ($20 fee), Check ($10 fee) or Epassporte. Minimum payout is $200.

Affilates sending traffic using our $30-$35 programs do not receive credit from any exit consoles.

Payouts on Pay per signup programs $25-35 PPS include sales for all Credit cards (first cascade Paycom) and also All check joins processed (Paycom). Phone sales are not counted as part of any PPS program.

Termination

Wildcash reserves the right to terminate any affilate based on but not limited to the following criteria

Sign-ups sent by the affilate have exceeded refunds/credits or chargebacks.

Send fake signups or performing an action that is deemed to be trying to cheat Wildcash.

Signup up using your own account thereby illegally adding sales to your own account, or by having an assoicate or family member signing up for you.

Breaching any of the terms set forth in this agreement.

Your account and/or website is unsuitable for any reason. (named above)

Breaching the 'Valid forms of of Promotion' part of this agreement.Advertising

If one of our billing processors identifies you as a fruadulent affilate or has found that you have breached the terms & conditions

Either party, Wildcash or the affilate may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party notice of termination. To terminate your affilate account email us. Notifiying affilates via email will be considered sufficent notice for us to terminate this agreement.

Server downtime & Availibility

Wildcash will not be held liable for any loss due to server downtime, network outages, network traffic issues across the Wildcash server network
